Delivery
Pick up at any of our stalls, or get it delivered. Free delivery within 5 km for orders from 100,000đ; orders under 100,000đ (even within 5 km) and addresses further away pay a delivery fee by distance, shown when you order or confirmed on Zalo before you pay. Inside the city we deliver within about 2 hours. For holidays, order ahead — we hold your bouquet for free.
Exchanges & refunds
If a bouquet is damaged or not as ordered, send us a photo within 1 day(s) of receiving it: we replace it with a new one or refund you in full. Exchanges are free.
Payment
Cash on pickup/delivery, or bank transfer by scanning the VietQR code at the stall or sent on Zalo. The amount is filled in automatically; you get a confirmation as soon as the transfer arrives.
